This Cincinnati couples session with Tia + Paolo felt straight out of an A24 indie film. We shot at the Clifton branch of the Cincinnati Public Library, yes, a library..... and it ended up being one of the most cinematic sessions I’ve ever done. Between the soft window light, vintage interiors, and quiet corners, it gave the perfect backdrop for the cozy, romantic, and just effortlessly cool vibes.

We wandered through the aisles, leaned into stillness, and let the quiet do most of the work. Real connection and intimate moments that felt like they belonged to a film still. Libraries might not be the first place that comes to mind for couples photography, but trust me!!! If you want something unique, editorial, and full of story, it works.

This kind of session is perfect for couples who love books, slow moments, or want something totally different from the typical outdoor shoot. Especially here in Cincinnati, where we have historic library architecture and gorgeous natural light even indoors, there’s so much room to play!!!!!

Thinking about a non-traditional couples session in Cincinnati?

Let’s get creative. I’m always down to make something that feels like you. Whether that’s in a library, a record store, or your favorite corner coffee shop—I’m here for it. (Like.... for real. I've actually done a shoot in every one of those examples)
